Enbridge: Case Study

Following several technology upgrades, Enbridge hadn’t yet realized the desired level of client satisfaction, specifically around minimizing service wait times, nor had they achieved the desired return on investment with their field service management solution.

They were looking for a partner that understood how everyone at their organization, from technicians to dispatchers, to management would use the system. Diabsolut was brought on because they had that understanding, as well as a high level of expertise and success in creating FSM solutions.
